Final Sale: All stickers and orders under $50 are non-refundable and non-returnable. In some cases if the error was our fault we may send replacement items or offer online credit.
Vintage items are sold as-is. Signs of wear are part of their history and are not considered defects. Choose “drop off” options for better screening of items. Delivery fee is non-refundable but any items not taken may be removed unless stored for longer than 1 week waiting for delivery.
Handmade items may be eligible for exchange within 14 days if defective or damaged upon arrival. Proof of purchase and photos are required.
No refunds for buyer’s remorse or minor variations – handmade pieces may vary slightly in color, size, or finish.
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal service.

Initial Consultation: The first consultation is free.
Ownership of Ideas: All concepts, proposals, sketches, and creative ideas remain the property of Wild Coast Creative / Retro Raven Vintage unless a mutual written agreement is made.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (amount agreed in contract) is required to secure services. Work begins only after deposit is received.
Balance Due: The remaining balance is due before final files, deliverables, or event execution.
Unpaid Ideas: If a project does not move forward, any ideas shared during consultation remain property of Wild Coast Creative and may not be used without written permission.
All sales, content, and agreements are governed by the policies above.
